Self Care Week, 18-24 November, is an annual national awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self care across communities, families and generations. The campaign is about making improvements in your life to protect your physical health and mental wellbeing.
Self care is easy and that includes treating some of the most common health complaints. This self care week we will be re-launching our self care booklet which you will find in your local GP practice or library. You can also download this printable version.

Self-Care Week activity – Give something new a go!
During Self-Care Week we want as many people as possible to try one of the hundreds of community groups, support groups or activities available on the Fylde Coast. They are all listed on the FYI directory which can be found here: www.fyidirectory.co.uk
Here are some of the events we have been told about during the week, some of them are special events being held especially for Self-Care Week and will welcome people who are giving it a try for the first time.
