Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Governing Body meetings continue to be held virtually using Microsoft Teams.
Members of the public can request to observe meetings by registering their interest to email@example.com by 4pm the day before and providing their name and a contact email address or telephone number. Information on how to join the meeting will then be provided.
Regarding public questions, we will continue to take any questions relating to items on the agenda, received electronically in advance, however we may need to defer any questions should the focus of the meeting need to be prioritised in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Any question to be put to the Governing Body relating to items on the agenda should be emailed by noon on the Friday before the meeting to firstname.lastname@example.org. A response will be sent directly to the individual who raised the question.
