COVID-19 Update – Governing Body meetings
Whilst under normal circumstances the public are able to attend our Part I Governing Body meeting which is held in public, Government social isolation requirements constitute ‘special reasons’ to avoid face to face gatherings as permitted by legislation, therefore until further notice all Governing Body meetings will be held virtually by default.
Regarding public questions, we are happy to continue to take any questions received electronically at the appropriate item on the agenda, however we may need to defer any questions should the focus of the meeting need to be prioritised in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you have any questions to put to the Governing Body relating to items on the agenda, please forward these in advance by 4pm on Friday, 1 May 2020 to email@example.com
A response will be sent directly to the individual who raised the question. Part I agenda papers and minutes will continue to be published under the relevant meeting date as normal.
