Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria is a partnership of organisations working together to improve services and help the 1.7 million people in Lancashire and South Cumbria to live longer, healthier lives.
The partnership is made up of NHS, local authority, public sector and voluntary and community organisations coming together to improve outcomes and care for local people, reduce pressures on services and make best use of our financial resources.
We benefit from services that are already working in partnership. The people and groups involved in those services know we are facing some really tough challenges. They realise we need to act now to ensure we can safeguard our services for the future.
There are five areas which make up Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria. They provide a way in which all organisations and groups involved in health and care can join up locally. One of these areas is the Fylde Coast.
